Is your computer have trouble loading the operating system, have "blue
screen" errors, or decided not to run at all?
We can help solve these issues by diagnosing the situation and
providing expert advice, geared toward making it run again and more
efficiently; allowing you to get the most out of it.
Sometimes, the only course of action is to completely recover the
system back to the original factory settings. When this is done, it
completely erases ALL data on the hard drive and reinstalls the
operating system as it was when it was new.
Please note: ALL data will be lost; documents, music, pictures, videos,
and all programs. No programs will be reinstalled that were not on the
computer when it came from the factory. (Meaning that any installation
of software done afterwards by you or the store where it was
purchased, will need to be reinstalled again.)

data that you want saved. We provide data backup/transfer services
that will qualify for a discount with the recovery service. We will be
happy to save all your data, yet we do need to know BEFORE the
